Early's Supermarket - Now That's Cajun

--  What started over 50 years ago as a little store run out of the owner's modest house, is today one of the few remaining classic Cajun Supermarkets.  What does that mean?  It means that it is an old-school grocery store run with Cajun pride and hospitality and that the meat department and hot deli are second to none.  They're the original purveyors of hot links of boudin in Scott and they're true to their roots. The link is perfectly seasoned and well-balanced.  The boudin making ritual at Early's is steeped in tradition and every pound of the 1,800 lbs they make each week is carefully prepared.

Early's is a must stop and it is so close to Don's and Billy's that you can practically just walk a circuit between the three of them.
